Pamela Anderson is great as Shelley
What a great role for her!! Jamie Lee Curtis is also perfect. The acting, the photography, the soundtrack, a great film.
Hats off to the challenge
I was charmed from start to finish. Gia Coppola’s touching film gives Pamela Anderson her biggest role, one that lets her fully showcase her true talent as an actress. However, we would have liked to see certain situations developed further and more learned about certain characters.
A film full of finesse, humor, poetry and emotion
We would love to spend more time with Shelley, her daughter and her colleagues and hope that everything works out.

Maria Kallas: Book me a table in a cafe where the waiters know who I am
Story
Maria Callas, the world’s greatest opera singer, lives out her final days in 1970s Paris, struggling with her identity and life.. Angelina Jolie and director Pablo Larrain discuss how they relate to the heartbreaking true story of world-renowned opera singer Maria Callas. The third and last film in the so-called trilogy of Pablo Larraín’s “Ladies in Heels” biographical films about women in the main role, after “Jackie” (2016) and “Spencer” (2021)..
If it wasn’t for Angelina Jolie!
I am in the mood for flattery.. It is mentioned in the film “Close-up: why do we need the Venice Film Festival?” (2024). Othello Act 4: Ave Maria (Desdemona) Performed by Maria Callas, Orchester de la Société des Concerts du ConservatoireConductor: Nicola RecignoComposer: Giuseppe Verdi, Arrigo BoitoReleased by Warner Classics, (p.) 1964 Parlophone Records LimitedRemastered 2014 Parlophone Records Limited Courtesy of Warner Music Group Germany Holding GmbH, a Warner Music Group company.
I just wasn’t sold on the vocal parts
To be fair, she was excellent in acting roles. However, the film was an excellent final chapter in the much less worthy life of Maria Callas. She was a beautiful soul whose talent evoked equal measure of gratitude and agony.
However, he touches on many delicate moments that defined her career
It shows the last 7 days of her life and uses flashbacks to review her journey. At the same time, it absorbs you so much that you can no longer distinguish its delusions from real memories. No need to waste time on endless scrolling – here is the entire lineup of new movies and TV shows streaming on Netflix this month.

A modern-day story about finding a fortune in the world of West Texas oil rigs
Watch the most popular movies and TV series from writer/director Taylor Sheridan on IMDb, sorted by user rating.. A landman, at least someone who works in the petroleum industry, acts as a middleman between the exploration companies and the landowners. Typically, a landman’s job is to negotiate and enter into contracts with landowners with mineral rights to lease those rights to the company they represent.
Quoted in CBS News Sunday Morning: Episode #4424 (2022)
Essentially, they manage the land and secure the leases so they can drill for oil and gas. Like a foreman on a construction site, they build roads, living quarters for workers (men’s camps), oversee the assembly of excavation machinery, and the drilling of the well site itself, especially in remote locations. They are also part fixer, problem solver, and mediator..
No one on set knows how to help him with something so basic
I love the show and everything Taylor Sheridan does, but where was the technical advisor? In the pumping equipment accident, Billy Bob doesn’t even hold the pipe wrench properly. I had to watch it again as I couldn’t believe what I had just seen.
And a handheld explosive gas meter
And at the scene of the accident, a real crew would have the proper equipment and expertise. Like a 36″ pipe wrench that a couple of guys could operate. No one would hit a short pipe wrench with a hammer.
Heck, take a 2′ pipe to extend the arm if it was all you had available
Having worked in similar places, the show is a far cry from the safety precautions used in the industry, which follows OSHA regulations to the point of ridiculousness. No one would stand on a truck full of pipe and no one is at heights without a seatbelt.
CIA operative Joe tries to balance her personal and professional lives as the spearhead of the agency’s war on terror. Real-life military advisors helped create a more authentic execution of gun handling, house cleaning, positioning, action-based action, etc. Featured in Premios Soberano (2024). Why, why do they always insist on having one teenage character who is constantly angry and acting irrationally? That has *never* made for any good TV show. Zoe Saldana’s daughter is full of stereotypes, all, excuse me, angry teenage forms rolled into one character. One minute you’re watching a show about secret operatives in the Middle East, the next you’re being subjected to constant scenes of family turmoil caused by one selfish teenager who *nobody in the world cares about*. My advice: rewind every scene she appears in. They add absolutely nothing – zip – hope – zilch to the story. Skipping them will do wonders for your blood pressure.
