Story
Miami, 1991
When his bloodthirsty urges can no longer be ignored, young Dexter Morgan must learn to channel his inner darkness as he transforms from student to vengeful serial killer under the tutelage of his father Harry. Christian Slater is older than James Remar was when Dexter first aired (2006).
It was followed by Dexter: Resurrection (2025)
Thank you for this series and most importantly, it is almost impossible to have a bad finale this time. It is exactly what I personally and I think most Dexter fans needed after the disastrous finale of New Blood.
But hey, at least we have a Dexter series again
I can’t wait for the next episode, the vibes from the original series hit so hard, the cast seems great overall, the lead actor with Halls’ voice in the background is almost like he is playing it all over again. The music and songs are beautiful, the script is also very nice for a pilot episode, everything seems to be going in the right direction, but I’m so afraid to be happy, because that’s exactly how we all felt with the new blood.
